Very convenient location (but you probably won't be able to sleep with your windows open). Nice and practical design of the room, very clean and fully equipped.

The dishwasher didn't work. Not a huge problem, it happens. However, what I didn't like is the fact the staff knew about it before I arrived, and they didn't notify me. The hotel looked half empty, I think they could have put me in a different room or something. Instead, they just pulled the cord from the electric socket. Second day I'm there I put all the dirty dishes and pans in the dishwasher, load the tablet and try to turn it on. Then I spend some time to find the socket. Then I try to start it several ways with different programs etc and it doesn't start, althought the lights are on. After that I chat with the staff and they tell me it doesn't work.

Wonderful

Ideal location. Walkable to many sights. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The staff were really friendly, professional and willing to help. Would absolutely stay here again.

We would not include breakfast next time, it was limited and take away.

Good location with modern equipment

It is really modern, well-equipped and having a really good location.

The central heating did not work properly. We tried to use it on the maximum which was according to the thermostat 28 Celsius, but in real it was slightly 22-23. Additionally, the cleaning stuff left over black hair on almost every rug and towel…

Location was excellent. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was fully furnished though tiny.

Breakfast was mediocre (bad deal). I stayed for 4 nights and ended up with a freezing cold shower 3 of the mornings (boiler issues).

Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Nice and warm, easy walk to a metro station. Staff were friendly and helpful. 24 hour reception assistance, if required.

The body wash in the shower was empty. I am sure it would have been replaced had I asked.

Ver nice stay!!

Very juce and clean stay. Magnificent terrace and no noise. We were in the first floor next to the street and we didn’t have any issue with the outside noise

The automatic check in and the entrance door. Our code wasn’t working properly and we needed to call the receptionist every time. About the check in, a little confusing as it’s automatic

Great choice

The location was perfect for us, approximately a 10 minute walk to the main shopping street where there is plenty of choice of cafes, restaurants etc. a choice of smaller supermarkets very close by in fact one just across the road. A very clean apartment the staff were extremely helpful & friendly . The added bonus were the free lockers for luggage storage if you arrive early and available after check out too. We used Uber rather than taxi they were better priced & plenty of choice of cars available.

Wonderful

Perfect central location (walking distance to the Universitat metro station), self check in/check out (code access to the accommodation complex - no keys needed), quiet place even though you are in the city centre. If we travel again to Barcelona, we will definitely stay at this place :)

I would recommend to put more than 1 tablet for the dishwasher since available dishcloth could not be used (left colored hairs on plates).

Not worth what you pay for

The building is within two metro stations meaning it is easy to get there from the main attractions or from the beach. It also has a supermarket open 7 days a week to buy all the essential (most of places in the city are closed on Sunday). There was a washing machine and a dishwasher (which however smelt really bad like it has never been cleaned) as well as cooker. The building looks completely recently renovated and it is all automatic. The shower was huge, perfect after a day out at the beach or sightseeing

There is no instructions for appliances, meaning you are forced to google them or contact the reception via whatsapp (there is no physical person anywhere in the building and it is all automatic), why not adding them to the app? Same for the door keypade on the street which is not easy to use, especially in the dark. Altough it is advertised as having air conditioning, we discovered at night that it is not possible to control the temperature in the room from your own thermostat as it is not possible to change from heat to air con mode (even with 16 degrees, it still only blew hot air), meaning it was very hard to sleep because we could not secure the shutters and did not feel it was a good idea to leave them open being on a main road. Some fittings were not secure the way they should have been and both pillow and duvet were not adequate (too soft, too thin). I expected a better service given the price per night.

Great place for a long-ish trip

Great apt for 2 weeks stay where I could very comfortably sit and work. Very nice kitchen. Nice design. Very central location. Kind and helpful staff

The walls were on the thin side and noise from the bedroom window facing the inside courtyard. Rooftop was closed. Fire alarm went off twice early mornings
